One downside of the Intel Mini is the inability to run 
"Classic"/MacOS9.x Applications. I am not saying that this is an 
important reason unless you NEED to run such Applications (which 
would make it a "Show Stopper"). OTOH, you still have your G4 for 
those usages if you go with the Mini.
