[G4] 450 OSX question

Thanks Hal.  That was specifically what I was asking - can I use a Mac Mini CD to upgrade a G4 tower to a clean install of OS X...

Um, yes. I do. I have tried to use a Powerbook G4 install CD on a G4  
tower and had it not work. I've also (unsuccessfully) tried to use a  
Mac Mini CD on a G4 Tower and had it fail.

This has been the case on several occasions since I upgraded to OSX  
back with version 10.1.x.
