[G4] ATTN: Mac-to-phone

I'm trying to connect an iMac G4 to a phone connection for a PA  
system for my high school's video announcements as some rooms do not  
have a projector or television. I do not require it to be stereo (is  
it even possible) as the rooms only can handle mono. This is very  
important, as we need to do this ASAP.
