[G4] G3 upgrade to G4

Hello All,

I recently purchased an OEM Apple Motorola XSC7400HIP400F chip that will 
supposedly run in  my sons Beige G3/333 Tower, and everything that I 
have read says that ALL I need do is remove the old processor, insert 
the new, press the CUDA and away we go - no changing of the jumpers.

Is it really this simple??
