I took a look at this site. While there is some useful and correct information on it, most of it is pure crap. I'm ashamed that a fellow optometrist actually is advocating this junk. Especially the stuff on glaucoma. They are just trying to sell their junk and make money. Working on a computer is about as likely to cause glaucoma as hair growing on your palms if you masturbate.
