[G4] g-4 motherboard

help   I've found a small circuit board on the corner of the motherboard 
opposite from the internal firewire connection  It reads    _hong kong 
telecom     _model  ud1.029.c.00
serial #  *HS01507MQG0BR*  any ideas what this is    - as my original 
board did _not _have one?
