[G4] New Video Card, Processor, both, neither?

Over the years, I've added to my G4 (see below).  It's mostly used by my 6
year old now.  Although DVD's play well, some web-based video games and
flash content are painfully slow.  Would a new video card be worthwhile?  Or
would it have to be combined with an upgraded processor to see any
significant improvements?
