Yes Eric,

I was wondering if it was something specific to the PPCs too. On the other
hand I use a few Adobe products as well. PhotoShop 7 and PS Elements 4 and a
few other minor readers and plug-ins. However I have never encountered
problems with these programs in the past. So I didn't immediately think of
them.

I also understand your attitude toward the use of language. Much of what I
hear these days can drive me crazy. Especially what comes out of the mouths
of young people. American and Canadian English was once relatively
democratic. Now I find that social status and education are become
identifiable to a great extent and this actually saddens me.

The other day I used the word "sequential" in a sentence and some smart ass
kid said "Speak English!".

I imagine his mother must love him very much. :-)
