[G4] (G4) Phy Mount Trouble on me

Hello to anyone out there who has helped me before, I fixed my startup troubles a few days ago ("10.4.11 Killed my Mac") a couple of RAID problems and a total reboot helped.
But now, my G4 Digital Audio just today won't open past login, it goes into a verbose type window saying something like this :

(the date & my computers name) getty:/dev/console:operation not supported by device

AppleRTL8961Ethernet: Phy wait for AutoNegotiation TIMEOUT

xpf bootsupported: could not find mount point for hd

Then it blanks out again and goes back to login and then repeats this message in verbose
I understand that phy issues and mount point problems can be resolved but how?
my poor baby G4 phy all the trouble?
