If you go here:

You can see four black dots in a vertical row near the drive bay, those are the screws to use.

However, if you go here: <http://www.apple.com/support/powermac/doityourself/storage.html> and download the PDF, <http://www.info.apple.com/usen/cip/pdf/g5/073-0806.pdf> the instructions on page 7 tell you to use the screws that come with the drive. That must be to mitigate any differences in screw threading provided by the mfr. 

Yet, in this PDF <http://www.info.apple.com/usen/cip/pdf/g5/073-0851.pdf> on the same page, it instructs you to use the Apple provided screws.

So, if you find the screws in the case, and they fit the hard drive you purchase, use them. 

However, if you do not find the screws in the case, use the screws that come with the drive. ;-p
