*Still* CarbonLib error message

OK, tried that.  Dropped it in my System Folder, but I still get the same 
error message (even after reboot)

I ended up with two files of the same name, only one was .bin and the other 
was .smi.  I suspect I toss one in the trash.  Which one and what next?

Maybe I need to put the file in another folder like extensions, app. 
support or something???
