Making copies of pictures

Can anyone recommend a printer/scanner that makes excellent copies of 8 x 10
photos? I have several movie star and cowboy photos from which I would like
to sell copies and would use good photo paper. I also have an 8 x 10
negative of a movie star, but don't know how that would work on a scanner to
produce a picture. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks, George
