moving stuff to another computer

I am moving all my files, etc... to an iMac that boots into OS 10 and 9. I
have 9.2.2 on my old computer.

I want to move stuff from my System Folder, like Stickies notes, to the
iMac. So I just copied the stuff from my old computer's System Folder on a
zip disk. Then I dragged them to the 9.2.2 System folder on the iMac.
However, none of the Sticky notes came along for the ride!

How can I get those notes to the new computer?
