I'm not sure about that one - there is an MPEG plug-in for QT which I 
know plays MPEG2, but I don't know if it supports export of those 
formats.

You won't be able to see it on a TV because TVs cut the borders off. 
Sometimes that's a feature, but most of the time its just annoying.
