Stand-alone TBC?

Hi all,

I'm writing to see if anyone knows of or can recommend a stand-alone
time-based corrector?  My company has an Avid and prosumer VCRs from around
1995 or so.  The VCRs don't have built in TBC, and I'm starting to get that
tearing on the upper part of the screen from our older tapes.  I don't want
to drop a few grand each on Hi8 and SVHS pro decks, and I'm pretty sure
someone out there has to make an independent TBC, I'm just having an awful
time finding any.  TIA!
