[MacDV] Formac Studio TV/DV

Stephan,
The Formac Studio DV/TV works pretty well as it lets you bring in analog
video and edit it.  You can also watch TV on your screen.
However, the problem is not with the physical product but with the company.
Customer support is not, apparently, their priority.  Emails go unanswered.
When I upgraded to Panther in October, it was incompatible with their
software.  My email was never answered.  A week ago, I found the upgrade on
their web site.  I had read on-line that they had moved their offices and
that might account for it but if memory serves me right, there have always
been complaints about this company.
