Thanks for the response, Steven. I've used the EXPERT OPTIONS. Same results. The audio from iMovie 3, when a clip is split and part of it deleted, and a title and fade-in inserted before the clip, is out of sync. It previews fine in iMovie 3, but when exported to a DV stream (best option for iDVD 2 from iMovie 3, I believe), the audio begins playing IMMEDIATELY in the resulting file, causing the audio to be IMMEDIATELY out-of-sync by 4-5 seconds with the clip. There is only one clip. It is 9 minutes long. I'm using OS 10.2.4. iMovie 3 then doesn't really give the option to export to iDVD 2 the way iMovie 2 did. It was just easy, no brainer work. It just worked. Not so in iMovie 3 (if exporting for iDVD 2). My solution was to go back to iMovie 2 in OS 9 and do the work there. iMovie 3 is just too damn flakey at this process which was so simple and effective in iMovie 2 to rely on for any work at all.
