I really don't have much concern whether they know what content I watch 
what bugs me about them is the enormous amount of Spam you receive 
after downloading one of their products.  I opted out of all the offers 
at the bottom of the page and it still came.  Last time I upgraded Real 
Player I used a yahoo address and sure enough it filled up with offers 
galore.  Since you can't trust them on this opt out option why would 
you trust them not to use spyware.
