[MacDV] How do you export a movie FCP to tape

Hi there!  (using Safari and loving it!)  Imported a quicktime movie into FCP and want to export to tape.  I can't find an easy way like "export to camera" as in iMovie.  Basically, I am trying to convert a PAL video into NTSC so i can export to a NTSC VCR. I can't import a quicktime movie into iMovie, which is why i am using FCP.  I really could use some help.
