In a word? yes.

Attach the ears to a u-hook to coax converter.[1] You can pick one up
at Radio Shack. Radio Shack also sells rabbit ears built with coax
out. Attach the coax out to the antenna in of the Tivo and set it
to use antenna tuning rather than cable/sattelite/etc.
