Digidesign (ProTools) makes BNR (broadband noise reduction) for getting rid
of non-harmonically related noise such tape hiss, and Hum Removal, which is
great for removing pitched sounds like camera vibrations, 60Hz hum, etc.
I've used both plug-ins with great success.
