Betamax to MiniDV?

'Have some old Betamax tapes that I want to transfer to MiniDV. I've imported Hi-8 to FCP 3 through my Canon without a problem but 'am wondering about these BNC outputs on the back of the Betamax player?

Any ideas on the interface?
