I agree that the opening moves kind of fast, but I think that if you 
watch the ad again (or download it and play it more slowly) you'll see 
quite clearly that the second image in the ad (after an establishing 
shot of the tree) is a man in an office chair hitting the tree. The 
third shot is a close-up on him looking dazed.
