Sorry, I thought that he had a Mac version too. You can use After Effects to
convert. All software solutions will be sloooooowwww.

I don't remember the original question, but it may be fastest and easiest to
have a professional conversion company do the job. Some of the hardware that
it takes to do this properly I hear costs into the hundreds of thousands of
dollars. There are standards conversion decks that can be had pretty cheap
but the quality will be lacking.
