Not automatically, like Streamline.  But it did (at least, it used 
to, and I doubt they've removed it) have a function that would help 
you to trace out imagery.  I believe the tool is called Autotrace. 
You basically have to get it started along an edge, and it will then 
try to trace out that edge, but I never had much luck with it.
