I have to agree with Jim, the simplest solution would be to find a 
natural spot in the movie preferably near the middle split it and then 
burn two iDVD projects.  It may be wise to start 30 seconds or so prior 
to the end of disk 1 as the start of disk 2 that way the viewer can get 
their mind back into the context of the material, especially if it is 
shown in two separate sessions.
