Moving iMovie chapters in iDVD

I'm working on a 23-minute project in iMovie 3.02 that has 8 chapters 
that I've defined. Upon exporting to iDVD 3, the chapters are 
automatically created as links on "Selections" pages. Cool. The problem 
is, that the default setup puts 6 links to chapters on the first page 
and 2 links to the other chapters on the next page, and I wanted to 
have four chapters linked on each page.

I tried cutting the link from one page and pasting it on the other 
page, which worked, but iDVD thought that it was new video, and I 
quickly went over the 60-minute mark, and then the 90-minute mark as 
well. Just by moving around the chapter links.

Does anyone know of a way to move the chapter links around from page to 
page while keeping the project size the same in iDVD?
