[MacDV] OSx.2.4

I rolled my system back to 10.2.3 so I could continue to use my Sony DV
Media Converter. My firewire external was not a problem with 10.2.4 but the
media convertor was/is.

Is anybody here successfully using 10.2.4 with FCP 3.0.4 and a
FireWire external disk?  A while back there were some problems
reported with that combination on this forum.  Because of those
problem reports, I've held off, but I'm now at a point where I'd like
to perform this update if it's working.
