Hi Juan, I am no expert but I have found that after a lot of cuts and clips that have been moved around the best thing to do is duplicate the entire iMovie project. That seems to get all your assets in order on the hard drive, so the drive doesn't have to work so hard finding stuff. Good luck, Carter
