Flash movies-simple one-step export to any codec--MacDV Digest #2413

Why go through all those extra steps?  I've exported directly to Quicktime
or DV streams out of Flash.

Flash sees the compressors (codecs) you have in your system file, so you
should be able to export to any that it sees... remembering to select the
appropriate options for that codec.

Macromedia even demoed this feature at a free show 'n sell I attended when I
asked about it.

I don't have Flash on my Mac right now, or I'd give you the exact steps.
Try Save As or Export and go from there.
