And in connection with this whole thread, this iDVD 4 is wonderful but 
the encoding process is CPU intensive an requires that you have nothing 
else running (within reason) and leave it alone.
  My 1hr 40min project took at least 5-6 hours to encode and process 
viewer showed it hogging 95% of cpu.
