techtool for OSX?

I understand that TechTool for OSX is finally available.
(this ties in with the thread on cleaning up free space on Macs runnins 
OSX)
I ordered my copy MONTHS AGO and still haven't received it.
Has anyone, who ordered in the past, finally received their copy? Or 
should we start to re-contact the company?
