IMHO you want a Pioneer. Buy it at any computer store where it is at a 
decent price.
  I replaced the DVDR103 in my machine with a bare  DVDR105 that I got 
at OWC. ($175)
It installed and works PERFECTLY with no messing around, and I sold the 
103 on ebay for $75.   105 or 106  you can't lose.
