Hooking up RCA video to G5

Hi All,

Just got my new dual G5. Now i want to start getting some old videos 
on to the machine.

Any links, articles, advice on where to start? Specifically, what 
jack do i use and how do i get the VCR hooked up so i can upload?

I'll be using FCP.
