  Disk Warrior 3.01 works fine with Panther 10.3.3 on my G5dual 2gig. I 
just have to start up from my backup FW drive and run DW  from the CD.
Some users had problems in getting the upgrade from 3 to 3.01 to work 
properly, something to do with not being able to burn the CD.
