OT: ProTools Question

Folks,

First off, can someone point me to a good pro-tools list. I'm really 
new at Pro-Tools, and I'm working on a project, and I have some 
questions which are probably very basic.

Second, would anyone who knows pro-tools be willing to work with me 
off-line a little bit this evening. I'd really appreciate a few 
pointers. I'm looking at the books, but I can't find what I need.
