Run a PC emulator, run PearPC under that, tell it to boot Mac OS X, 
wait a month or two to finish booting and see if you can then run 
Apple Motion.  Of course it will be so slow that even if/when Apple 
Motion starts up a week, or month later you won't be able to do much.

Unfortunately the burning DVD's is just plain out of the question, it 
can't get data to the drive fast enough.
