Hello Karl Have you ever used a program called Audio Hijack. It uses a thing called soundflower. This setting can screw up the sound on imovie, making it get out of sinc. All you have to do is go to system preferences and make sure your sound settings are at line in and line out, nothing else. That's the only thing I can think of.
