[MacDV] QuickTime Screen Size

The 4x 3 Aspect ratio is standard.
PAL resolution is 720 x 576 which simplifies to 4 x 3 and 3 x 2
NTSC is 720 x 480 which also simplifies to 4 x 3 and 3 x 2
