Despite this I am easily playing back Hi Def Movies on a dual 1.25 G4 
with 2Gb of Ram
Here are the details

Format		AAC, Stereo (L R), 48.000 kHz
			H.264, 1280 x 720, Millions

FPS			24

Playing FPS	24

Data Size		108.33 MB

Data Rate	6406.26 kbits/sec

Normal Size	1280 x 720  pixels

Current Size	1280 x 720  pixels

This G4 also plays standard 1080p files back just as smoothly
