[MacDV] ADS Pyro Av Link API-550 Rev. A

I finally gave up on this unit working with my dual G5. I need to return it and

get an analog to 
video converter that works. I've been looking, but I would like to get some 
opinions on other 
brands. I'd like it to be under $200 dollars if possible. The Pyro was $130, 
but doesn't want 
to work. Has any one had experience with the Canopus ADVC55?
