[MacDV] Compression type

I did a Google search for H.264 and chose the Apple site over the  
Wikipedia. I believe they started using this format for the Keynote  
addresses a year or more ago. They seem to run pretty smoothly for me  
now, so my take is that it's capable of pushing a lot of information  
over the wires.
