[MacDV] Final Cut Express Problem

well i have played it on 4 different dvd players and had the same outcome.  
I think is has to do with somethig else because it seems like the picture 
plays exactly the same on everyone, jumping during moving sceens. Could it 
be because some frames were dropped?
