[MacDV] Cybershot .mov to iMovie

Hi,
  The Sony W90 Cybershot camera that I recently bought
  has a video feature. I can download them together with
  the photo's. They play in QuickTime.
  But how do I save them so that I can use them in iMovie
  (or FCE 4)?  Do I need QuickTime Pro for that?
