[MacDV] HELLLP..undelete trash???

Hi,
I have a critical emergency here in the school where I teach digital arts on Mac to a public school.
A student managed to unlock the student folder and trash it so that all those files for all those students on that station are gone.
I need to undete that trash.


It happened about 40 minutes ago.
No work has been done on that computer since this happened.


iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo 
OS X 10.5.8


Does anyone know how I can do this??? Or can you direct me to someone who can help?
I was a member of mac managers and not sure where that listserv went.
