Hi, Nick, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking, but I would say "No, that is not true." When I am cutting between multiple camera shots, for a example, on a three-camera shoot, and editing in the timeline to select the best camera angle at any given moment, I usually arrange my primary camera in the first video track, and place each additional camera video track above that primary track in the timeline. Again, maybe I am missing your point, but my workflow seems to contradict what you are saying.
