[MG] Monitor selection

ok, if you think you can justify it that way... last time I checked, human
responses can't be measured in milliseconds, unless you are talking hundreds
of milliseconds. IIRC, the blink of an eye is about 130 milliseconds - and
if you consider you blink your eyes what, 10 to 20 times a minute (or
more???), you've missed how many "pixel response times" in the monitor?
I think you are splitting hairs here, even for hard core gaming. but I
could be wrong... ;o)

I hesitated when I said "lag"... If you look at the specs of a flat panel
monitor, they have a response time for the pixels... Usually 20-30
milliseconds. So this puts you 20-30 ms behind everyone else... Granted
20-30 ms isn't much, but add that to the ping and if introduces "lag" so to
speak.
