sounds cool - explain...

just the name reminds me of an awesome idea i tried to convince
Steinberg to add...

kind of like a copy/paste sampler...

eg: you select any even or audio or midi or controller etc...

and assign it to a midi note/channel...

then as the arrangement rolls along you can play this info into the
arrangement...

eg... use a range tool and select the WHOLE chorus and assign it to
midi channel 1 note C3...

now while the sequencer is rolling and in record you just play midi
channel 1 note C3 and it get's pasted into the arrangement every-time
you play it...

assign a block of audio or several to a midi note...

play it in with the keyboard...

grab a couple chunks of the vocals...

play them in anywhere...

i could work at a hundred million miles an hour if i could do this...

i call it Production-Super-Heaven©™

you could have all kinds of things assigned to the keys... a bass line
(block of midi data)... an alternate bass line (a different block
assigned to the key next to the first bass line)...

you get the idea i hope...

if Steinberg would do this - i'd be stoked!

and if DP has... I'm SWITCHING!
