[MPA] WAV file

Quick question:
 
I need to make uncompressed stereo .wav files at 44.1kHz sampling rate  and 
bit-rate of 16. 
 
Is a typical WAV file fit this requirement or do I need do some special set  
up??
 
I will probably record with Audacity.
