Hmmm...  I have not encountered those problems myself under any 
version of OS X.  If that's what you are experiencing I can see why 
you would view ViaVoice as unusable.  If there is a low enough 
occurrence of this combination of problems I can *guarantee*  that it 
won't be a priority with the ViaVoice software engineers.
